REGISTRATION SUBMISSION

 

By submitting a seller table or booth space registration or seeking to perform on the Open Mike Stage at the show, you certify that you have read and agree to abide to the terms and conditions in the pdf file below. 

 

 

 

 

 

Failure to accept the terms will result in your registration being unsubmitted.

OTHER INFO

 

Seller load-in will start at 9:30am; an hour and 30 minutes before opening the show to the public. Vendors are welcome to buy, sell and trade among themselves during this time.

 

If you would like to speak to a representative about your specific space requirements before registering, please submit a detailed message and we will try to reply within two business days.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

To register a vendor's table, booth space, or to perform on the Open Mike Stage at the 2014 Douglas County Guitar Show & Colorado Luthier Expo, simply complete the information form at the right.

 

If the table or space you desire is no longer available, we will contact you with the best options that are available. 
 

If the space you seek is available, we will email you an invoice that can be paid with a variety of options. Invoices will be emailed within three days after submitting the registration form.

 

If the remainder of the payment is not recieved before June 19th, 2014, your registration will be considered forfeited and no refund will be made. 

 

DISCOUNTS

 

Sponsors from the 2013 Douglas County Guitar Show will receive a 20% discount. All other vendors from that show will receive a 10% discount.

 

Booth and table applications will not be accepted at the door.

We sold out of all tables & booths on June 18th. Now accepting reservations for next year's show.
